
What's up my peeps?!!! I'm hanging out, getting ready to get on with the rest of my morning workout. I think that PR had a pretty good idea.. Many of us want to get in, or stay in shape, maybe sculpt the bod a little.. Well, I'll share with you what I've been doing.. Well, you know that one of the things that I suggest, is taking dance lessons. It's fun, and you're getting a workout, while doing something constructive. I've been working out to a dvd called "Body Jam" with Carlos Llanos.. It's a very good dvd and you really get that cardio that so many of us skip. It's so important to get your heart rate up at least once a day through cardio.. Maybe your man likes to take you out dancing...That's a great source of the cardio-burn....

The series is called "Street Heat".. I think I got it at Wally World so... You know, jogging seems fun (for those who do it), but, I just can't seem to get into it.. I do try though. lol that's a scream I'll tell ya!! I walk a little, run a little, then run a little again

running is some tough shit! Oh! if you have blades..pull those puppies out! They're great for those hips, ass thighs, and core.. Oh! The Stayball by Gold's is awesome!! 2 lbs of sand in this mutherfucker keeps it in place, and it's got some weight to it, which is good for the obvious reasons.. Anyway.. Great idea PR! Let's work out together you guys!! Even though we're on the Stream, we can support one another.. I'm all for that..

If you are not into cardio per se.. 5 lb dumbells can be good!! You don't have to jump around like a fool to get in shape. It's just my comfort zone you know what I mean? yeah, acting like a fool? That's my shit right there
