I just learned on Celebrity Fit club that a good laugh can burn up to three and one half calories! Kool! We taped it. And FLAVOR FLAV!! New York puts Omorosa to shame! I liked Goldie. I couldn't believe that he let her go. Isn't it wierd how he thought that she was unsure? Just goes to show you that sometimes you may think that he understands how you feel, but, he may have no clue, and book it before you've had a chance.. My point? Guys need as much re-assurance in the relationship if not more than we do.. Hoopz is kool.. Pumpkin reminds me of Gitte.. How about it when she came to give the girls lie detector tests? It's cold as shit out here!! Dayum!!

You know, you gotta love Lifetime on Sundays.. Such great movies!! "Thelma and Louise" was on earlier. That movie is kind of out there. I'm watching "Her Perfect Spouse" right now. It's about this husband and wife, and the husband is super paranoid. Hears voices and shit. He's got her locked up in her bedroom. Creepy! Of course, as with any creepy movie, her foot is broken, so, she is hobbling away from him. LOL!

I spent a lot of time reading this weekend.. I have like a hundred or just under to read of "Pieces", and like 200 more of Potter.. Did you know that reading reduces your risk of contracting Alzheimer's? I guess we're all pretty safe then eh? Actually, a cup of blueberries supposedly is good too.. Hell, who knows what's good and bad for us anymore. One year it's this, another year, that..

OMG you guys.. Baby surprised me this weekend.. She told me that she has a hot air balloon ride planned for us. She said that she had it planned for Valentine's Day, but it was too windy. But, she wanted to know when I thought my back would be better, because it's kind of a bumpy ride. I am kind of scared though to tell the truth, shit... I mean, how many black people do you know that hang out in the air outside of an airplane?? Okay?

Hey buds!!! I hope that you all had a great Valentine's Day!! I know that there were a lot of people out there without Valentine's.. I remember those days! My girls and I would go to the clubs and party in Philly!! Celebrate our freedom and play guys like lotto.. Hey! They play us don't they? ;-) Naahhh.. Of course they don't. LOL But, yesterday Baby and I celebrated our ninth Valentine's Day together. Hey Lucy! That's so kool.. We're on the same wavelength.. I took some pics last night.. Gonna take some more today!! I took a pic of Baby's boobs!! LOL!! HE HE.. She'll be glad one day when those tripple "D" knockers are hanging to her knees right!

You guys..I am such a dork!! Yes, I knew you guys knew that, but, remember that body ball I told you guys about? Well, your girl has overdone it on the ball.. Damn it! Now I have to "take a break" because my back hurts. I was like Richard Simmon's sister with the body ball workout!! Damn Celebrity Fit Club.. Making a sister wanna work out all hard and shit.. So frustrating!! I think it's just pain from nto working out for the past what eight weeks? That's alright though.. I've learned some valuable lessons about my body.. LIKE, IT'S GETTING OLD!!!! My Teddy Bear's name is "Baby Jack"!! I still haven't unwrapped him. He looks too perfect in the wrapping.. I LOVE stuffed animals!! My bedroom back in Delaware looks like a stuffed animal factory! I have every stuffed animal I have ever received!! From the time I was a little girl..
