That is Fucked Up!!!

Damn..I'm awake watching the news...Well, I was greeted when I came home to some disturbing shit. The news-reports were incorrect regarding the miners in West Virginia. The earlier reports stated that they were alive. Well, all but one..Turns out that they are all dead but one..One suevivor..The families weren't told until three hours after the company had knowledge of the misinformation. Really the only thing that we know is that somebody fucked up..BAD! The churchbells were ringing and everything in celebration of these people surviving..We all celebrated a little too soon..Damn..How sad..

Just a Little Patience...

Watching the news and wondering just how long this rescue mission will go on in West Virginia. Those poor miners have been down there for almost 24 hours. It seems as though this is an impossible task. Although all things are possible...They are saying that they only had an hours worth of breathable oxygen in that hole. I guess only time will tell..

Then, we've got fires raging in Texas and Oklahoma, then, the weather in California..As I get older, I realize that the old saying really has some validity.."Shit happens!!"...It just seems to be happening in quick succession these days..

I am staying awake, taking care of my Baby..She doesn't feel too well...She's zonked out under her blankie (the one I knitted her for Christmas)..Pobrecita...I made her some chicken soup, fed her some Robetussin, then made her my world-famous bacon and eggs..Poor thing..If there was one thing she could change about me, it would probably be that I could cook. LOL! I make a mean breakfast though! And I learned how to make pancakes a few weeks ago. Did I tell you guys about them? Perfectly round!! Hey! I'm no Martha, but, I'm trying.. All those religeon classes..No home-ec!!!! I've been robbed!!! LOL

Well, I'm gonna hang out and blog and take care of Baby..I can't let her get sick! Who would take care of me??? ;-)

Monday Magic

Hey folks! How's it going today? I hope that with the new year, you're all feeling happy and renewed..Time to move into this year. I love writing the new year down over and over..Or else I end up messing up way too many pieces of paperwork to make me smile..2006..Kewl..it flows.2006 Got it.. Now, let's see how many times I do it wrong over the next three months..

Hey! I hope that lady Maria Music knows by now that I wasn't making fun of her.
