A Lesbian Love Story

Hey guys! How's it going? Guess what? I just got back from the hot springs again ;-)! Baby better cut it out or else I'm gonna get totally spoiled to that place. I made a friend up there too! This lady was sooo kool! We met near the springs and she's a shakra healer. How kool is that? Baby was like.."What the hell is that?" See, she's not really into the ethereal like me ;-)..We had a sage burning. Well, you should have been there guys! I loved it! Baby let her give her one too, but, I still think that girlfriend is trying to figure out what we did to her. LOL Baby probably thinks that I put some voodoo spell on her now. They sell sage sticks up at the springs, but, the really nice lady gave me some of hers. I burned it when I got home, but, I pretty much just stunk up the place! Hmm..Maybe I burned too much. :-)
Anyway, I have to..Just HAVE TO go visit my peeps so, I'll conclude for now. Hey! The shonee(sp) indians do a ritual in the morning too! I guess they are greeting the sun. They do it at sunrise. Sorry to say..I ain't seen that yet ;-) Hugs!

Good morning/afternoon everybody! How was your Saturday night? I fell asleep in my Baby's arms watching a documentary about the war. The war where they use the term "japs" all the time. I was like Damn! LOL! It was so "archie bunker", but it was really interesting. I wasn't here yet, but, I can't imagine that a newscast would say "japs" it sounds like "naps" as in nappy! Baby and I did a segment on names and their history. Like "spook", "blue-eyed devil", and some other pretty colorful terminology. You know, once you know the history of some of these dumb-ass words, they don't sting as much. Here's a quicky..Spook= AGES old term. I think like the 1700's. Blacks at night tended to "blend" in making them appear spooky at night. Blue-eyed Devil=Europeans with their white skin and blue eyes looked demonic during the day, hence the name. Not that it would be proper to go around calling people spooks and blue eyed devils, but, man's thinking was so primitive at one time. I mean, we even thought that the world was fucking flat for a while! And that slavery was kool. I don't know why I'm so interested in history as an adult. I hated it in school! The only history class that I enjoyed was in college. I took AFRAM (African American Studies). Now THAT was kool! I mean, you can only tell a sister about my man Chris Columbus a few times before a sister gets a little bored with that shit. You know what I mean? My parents went over stuff with me at home, but the socializtion and discussion in the classroom with my peers is what I was always excited by. Daddy's lectures were always interesting, but, boy were they long! LOL I remember when he took me to the Bahamas when I was 12 for Junkanoo (sp). I made him promise..No lectures, no reading..Just fun! He held to it too! :-) One thing about Daddy, he never broke a promise to me in my life! Thank God for that.
As you guys know, his wife I'll call her Mrs C. She was not very nice to me. I met her when I was nine years old at one of the fights in AC. You see, there is quite a backstory, however, I veer away from writing about it mostly because the story is not really mine to tell. However, I know that since I am a focal point of the story I have the right. But, you know, just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. Yes, I may sound like I'm rambling. Could it be that Schree` has a conscience and doesn't want to hurt people ;-)? I will say to you this. My parents had a glorious 29 year relationship and they taught me about love and honesty at all costs. Hey! I was thinking about Mrs. C. I haven't talked to her since my Daddy died, but, I thunk up a poem for her birthday. Just thought I'd share it with you. (My dad met her during that war. He was 17 years old and stationed in the Philipines. He brougt her back here and took wonderful care of her her whole life, even when it was over. She couldn't go back there, and my Dad was not the type of man to just abandon his family. So he maintained two! And he did it to perfection. The important thing? He NEVER lied or "cheated"..He lived his life and worked his ass off for everybody! I hope they appreciate it. Anyway ..Here it goes..
THANKS FOR THE COMEDY
I DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHEN YOUR BIRTHDAY IS, BUT, I KNOW I'VE MISSED A FEW. JUST WANTED TO TAKE A MOMENT TO THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU SAY AND DO WHEN I WAS YOUNG AND YOU CALLED ME A BASTARD AND AN OUTSIDE CHILD I JUST SAT THERE, LOOKED BACK AT YOU AND THOUGHT I DON'T WANT RICE TONIGHT BROWN, BLACK, OR WILD YOU SEE, BECAUSE OF YOUR CRUELTY, I LEARNED TO THINK IN JOKES AND ONCE IN A WHILE I TOOK TOO MANY WEED TOKES BUT THAT'S ALL GOOD 'CAUSE I'M ADD AND I DON'T NEED TO MEDICATE WITH RITALIN, SEE?

Hey peeps! How's it going? I just got home! Can you say DAMN! Okay..Here it goes. I went to dance class as usual. AWESOME! We had a substitute. It was my instructor's sister. She was super awesome. Killed my abs, but, so does her sister, so, I guess it's just in the family. Works for me though. You know? It amazes me that in class I have no problem pounding out like 170 or 180 crunches, but at home, I'm like..Hmmm..No, not now. Gotta blog! LOL! But, I always give 200 percent in class so, maybe it will all balance itself out in the end. Afterwards, Baby and I went out to eat. Yes, I went in my dance clothes! ;-) Just pajama pants and a top with one shoulder. Fortunately I had dried out by the time we got there. We went to Texas Station for the buffet. I ate greens (collard), clams on the halfshell, a turkey leg, some of Baby's mashed potatoes (she hates it when I eat off of her plate, so I just had to do it!), and ummm..Oh SHIT! I HAD TO DRINK APPLE JUICE! OMG! I usually get milk at dinner, but since I now have this stupid milk allergy I have to drink other things. Okay, so maybe milk is for kids, but, I LOVE MY MILK AND I THOUGHT MY MILK LOVED ME now THAT'S enough to make me cry! So, there I am like a big NERD ordering apple juice with my food! SMH I mean, I love apples and all, but I really don't drink apple juice. I don't really do soda, so, apple juice it was. Two glasses full actually. So, I guess it wasn't that bad was it? ;-) I know I ate more than that, but, I can't think of it right now. Damn! I just ate like 2 hours ago! Oh! Swordfish. Baby says that I eat nasty food. She Texas born. She not into what she calls "foo-foo food" like sushi. She'd NEVER touch the stuff. She doesn't know what she's missing huh guys? ;-) Anyway, I'm gonna go and watch "My Fair Brady"..I know it's been on a hundred times. But, I can't resist the episode where her mom says that she could dig any man's dick in the dirt. Too funny! LOL Peter Brady got cussed out!

525,600 minutes, 525,000 moments so dear. 525,600 minutes - how do you measure, measure a year? In daylights, in sunsets, in midnights, in cups of coffee. In inches, in miles, in laughter, in strife. In 525,600 minutes - how do you measure a year in the life? How about love? How about love? How about love? Measure in love. Seasons of love.
525,600 minutes! 525,000 journeys to plan. 525,600 minutes - how can you measure the life of a woman or man?
In truths that she learned, or in times that he cried. In bridges he burned, or the way that she died.
It's time now to sing out, tho the story never ends let's celebrate remember a year in the life of friends. Remember the love! Remember the love! Remember the love! Measure in love. Seasons of love! Seasons of love.

Hey guys! Well, I finally went to bed last night at around 4 o'clock or so. I slept like a Baby! But, I went to bed with a full bladder. Have you ever done that? And you're just way too comfy to get out of bed? I remember saying to Baby.."I gotta pee!" well, she just held me tighter, so, I went to sleep. Thank God I have a strong bladder! :-) Anyway, when I woke up, she was gone..She must have had something to do before my dance class. Oh dance class!!!! I LOVE going to class. I'm so ready guys! Our choreography is coming along really nicely! My hats off to our choreographer/instructor "L".. She's so kool! Loves Missy Elliott. We like to warm up to her. Our main choreography (dance) is to that song "Oh" by Ciarra. I really like it. I can feel my ass getting harder too! However, I admit that I should be walking/running/raquetballing more than I do. What I'll probably do is play some "ball" after class. Hell, I'll already be sweaty and stuff. Might as well keep the burn going. That's what I did last Saturday!
Time for me to go visiting you all before I have to go to shake my ass! hugs!
