Hey all!! How's it going? I'm hanging out in my new pj's..I got this cool silk pajama set yesterday. Guess what guys? It's 100% silk and I paid under 20 bucks for it. I saw it last night when we went to Walmart to get some groceries after the show. I LOVE THAT DAMNED PLACE! Baby hates to take me though. I'm like a kid in a candy store in that place. We go to the superstore where they have EVERYTHING! So, we were on our way down this isle and ladies I know you feel me. You know when something on the rack just jumps out at you and says BUY ME!! I swear that's what happened you guys. Let me describe my pj's to you..It's pants and a button down. Black with fuschia and pink flowers all over. It kind of looks like Japanese art. Baby doesn't really like it. She said I look like I need to be in a retirement home. Hey! At least I would be the "fly girl" in the home..shit..This morning I have it on with my favorite black pumps. Okay, you guys, maybe I'm crazy, but, I have this urge to go out in this thing..I feel like hugh heffner! I may never get dressed again!

Hey guys..I'm hanging out listening to my boy Stern, and I've got Oprah on. I know, never end a sentence with a preposition. Hell, I just woke up! LOL!

Anyway, Oprah is talking about heart disease among women..Did you know that breaking a sweat for 15 minutes a week is all you need to do to keep the heart healthier? Kewl..15/week isn't that bad.

You know what I like about Oprah? She takes care of her friends. I mean, her best friend Gayle is vice president of one of her companies. That's awesome! I believe in that totally.

It's still gray outside. I'm digging it though, for right now. There's no need to over do it though! Come on..I hope the sunshine comes back for the weekend. I want to go to the drive-in again..I like the standard movie theaters, but, I tend to fall asleep in those LOL! Hey! It's dark! :-)

Oh! Before I forget..Per the Oprah show, there's a new heart scan that's called the c-21 heart scan I think. It may be called the c-26, it's the "c" something. Ask your doctor. It's a new and improved heartscan that can detect any abnormalities way early! They (doctors on the show) said that all plaque isn't bad, as long as it's "quiet" plaque, excersize can help. Again, I don't have an MD after my name, but, I wanted to share the info with my peeps!

Anyway, I'm goin' surfing now! I would say "surfin' usa" because I love that song, but, we're all over the place..Maybe I'll say surfing all over the world...(double time!)

Hey guys!! On the way home from the station tonight, Baby and I stopped by this nice new barbeque place to grab some take-out..It smelled sooo f*cking good in that place that my mouth just started watering. I decided to get barbeque hot links in hot sauce. LET ME TELL YA!! Whew! is all that I can say right about now. I just ate it, and I'm drinking a beer and my whole body is on fire! I literally got chills up my spine when I was eating it. It was good though! LOL! What's up with the chill though? WOW!
