---------------------------------------------------------------------- Happy SPRINGTIME EVERYBODY!!! I can't believe how beautiful it is out here! You would think that after 6 years living here, I would be used to it, or that the novelty would wear off, but, no.. This weather never ceases to amaze me. But, some of you can understand.. When you grew up in harsh winters, to go through years without snow is a trip! When I talk to my mom and she describes her day, which, of course, sometimes must begin with the scraping of the windows of the car. Then, I stop and think.. Damn! I remember those days!!
I actually think now that it's not quite so bad! You get to burn a few (calories) before work! I'd take it! Well, then again, maybe not.. That shit WAS kinda hard on the back.. All that reaching to the middle of the front and rear windows..Oh the memories....

You know, I think I may have taken on an herculean task.. yeah, no big deal right? We all do that at some point every day or week even right? But, look guys.. I'm trying to grow grass in my backyard, which is all like construction dirt (which is a decent texture) and TONS of rocks LOLOL I've taken a patch and used some paper mulch and some soil (it's supposed to have some ingrediendts in it that work with the paper mulch or some shit)
We'll see what happens... I mean, I love love love to garden and do backyard stuff... My mom always had plants in the house, and Baby's mom (my wonderful mother-in-law) can't leave that out!
taught me the ins and outs of gardening outside..So, It's great when it works out.... Cannas were my first project.. I hope I spelled that right. Before going to Texas, I'd never seen a canna.. I like them because they spread like grass.. You start with a few, and the next thing you know, you've got a shitload!

Baby and I splurged on a couple of bicycles yesterday.. We were only going out to try to see "The Hills Have Eyes2" and we called like 3 theaters.. I knew I should have checked IMDB first.. damn.. LOL It comes out today!!! But, it was worth it!!! We're both super excited about our bikes.. We went for a ride last evening, and it reminded me of just how much fun a bikeride can be.. Gosh.... The sun was setting perfectly, and damn! Seemed like everybody in the hood was on a bike! You know, I love my new neighborhood but, it's so Wysteria Lane LOLOL
It actually reminds me a lot of home so.. The koolest thing though? You can drive a few miles here or there in this town, and you can go from the burbs, to the strip to the mountains, the warm ones or the ones with snow, take your pick.. That's what I love about Vegas!

Hey Moonsilver! Remember last time you were on the show what you thought about the whole Anna Nicole tragedy? Well, looks like you may have a point! Anna's cause of death has been determined, but, has been forwarded to the police pending an investigation.. smh.. not looking good here! Her body guard "Big Mo" is talking to police. He said that Howard's behavior changed on the day Anna died.. For instance, every other instance Howard was right there by her side, however, on the day of her death, Howard was miles away checking on the boat. Seems like Big Mo may suspect him.. I was sure that she had off'd herself! Now, it looks like someone may have killed Anna Nicole.. 
Soo odd!! How about the new video that came out yesterday with her as high as a kite telling the baby there is no Santa Claus? smh.. I don't know guys.. This ain't lookin' so good!!!

Clitoraid is a non-profit organization that is tirelessly working to stop the practice of excision in Africa (female castration), and there is a hospital being constructed as we speak in Africa where women will be treated for free!! Also, there is now a way that the women's clitoris can be re-built if you will, to include full feelilng using the non-mutilated root.. Isn't that amazing? There is a short video at the website.. It's actually Lara doing the VO (voice over).. so, being as though that was one of our more important shows, shit! This is a topic everybody should be up on.. I mean, Lara educated us let me tell ya! Do you think that this practice is performed by doctors? NOPE!! Clean utensils? NOPE! (any sharp edged object will do), and do you think it's performed by men? NOPE!! It's women who have had this done to them actually! Steeped deep in tradition and culture, it is difficult to end this practice, but, when polled, it was clear that the people of Africa are speaking out for themselves.. And now, with Clitoraid, and the Pleasure Hospital, hope is here!!!
